Premiere Event

Premiere Event produces the largest global industry event dedicated to showcasing Actors, Models, Dancers and Singers to Talent Agents, Managers and Industry Professionals who specialize in kids programming between the ages of 5-18. Young performers from all over the world go through our interview process in order to be invited to attend Premiere Event. The weeklong event draws dozens of today’s top Talent Agents, Managers, Casting Directors and Record Labels from across the globe looking to find their next discovery for upcoming projects. If invited to attend, you will be among a carefully selected group of kids, teens and young adults who will have the opportunity to work with celebrities from your favorite kids networks.

This unique family-friendly event begins with participants engaging in orientations and seminars hosted by experts throughout the industry. This is followed by category-specific talent showcases in which the participants will perform a variety of Commercials, Scenes, Monologues, Modeling Techniques, Dance Routines and/or Songs in front of Talent Agents, Managers and Industry Professionals. Talent who receive callbacks will meet one on one with our Talent Agents, Managers and Industry Professionals to discuss job opportunities and representation. The top talent for the week will vie for thousands of dollars in cash in prizes!

Premiere Event has become the de facto way that Talent Agents, Managers, Casting Directors and Industry Insiders discover new talent. Training is no longer required to break into the business. With the success of reality television and the average age of leading roles trending younger, Talent Agents, Managers and Industry Professionals now look for self-confidence and unique personalities.

Premiere event selection process is based around its Interview Weekends. These weekends are carefully crafted to benefit the children with the experience necessary to further their career goals. The skills they learn are highly relevant to the entertainment industry and the activities involved also serve to give their families a chance to discover how to best help their children find success in this endeavor.

During this process, we are also able to evaluate the unique abilities and talents of each child. Our interview weekends are an important instrument when it comes to determining the eligibility of the candidates in question. Every audition is given careful consideration as we perform a detailed evaluation of the natural talent displayed by each child.

In order for your child to attend Premiere event, they must first receive a personal invitation. This can only take place once they have successfully completed an evaluation during one of our Interview Weekends. The first part of the weekend involves an interview with every candidate and their family members are provided with a booklet that details the guidelines for the required steps to access the results of the interview.

Once the activities of the Interview Weekends have come to an end, we analyze our assessment of each child to make a final decision. If we believe that your child has the abilities that are needed for success in the industry then they will be invited to return for a more complete evaluation. At this point, we discuss the option of having your child attend one of our main events at Walt Disney World. This process is very important to us and is used to hand pick the most talented and promising candidates.
